Becoming a Healthy Husky is a life-long journey – a marathon – not a sprint, but the first step of that effort can be making a commitment to better individual choices that impact your physical, social and emotional health.  Some areas you may wish to focus on include:

  • reducing high risk activities like drinking and other drugs
