Being an Orientation Leader was the best summer job I could have asked for. Through this job I met a ton of new best friends and have really made UW my home, not just my school. Easily the most enjoyable job I have ever had and I encourage anyone with interest to apply to keep this great tradition up.

If you aren't sure what you are doing this summer, don't hesitate to apply. After all of my experiences here at the University of Washington, being an Orientation Leader was the best decision I ever made. You get to see aspects of the campus you never knew existed, hang out with awesome people, and become an instant celebrity with 5,000 freshmen. What could be better?

I loved being an Orientation Leader because of all the amazing people I meet. Spending the summer hanging out with my friends, tons of free food and an amazing job made it the best summer ever. Getting paid to have fun and be outside definitely beats some crummy summer job at the mall.

Being an orientation was by far the best job I have ever had. Most of the time we were having too much fun to feel like we were working. It is incredibly rewarding to impact so many people's lives and you'll feel really cool when everyone recognizes you in the fall.
