Housing During A&O (Optional)

Housing is available during 2-day programs for additional fees.

Where and when do I check-in for housing?
Check in for your housing reservation will be located in Lander Hall. For more information regarding housing view the housing information page. The Lander Hall front desk is open 24 hours.

  • Early Arrival - Arrival Day Before A&O Session - If you plan on arriving on campus the day before your orientation, please check in at Lander Hall any time after 2:00 pm. 
  • Arrival Day of A&O Session - Check in at Lander Hall anytime between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. 
  • Departure on Day 2 of A&O Session - Check out is 6:00pm on Day 2 of your A&O unless you have late departure. 
  • Late Departure- Departure on Day After A&O Session - If you are staying an extra night, check out must be completed before 11:00 am the day after your A&O session ends. 

What do I need to bring?
Bedding/linens are provided but be sure to bring your own toiletries. You will share a room with another A&O attendee.

What is the cost?
The night between Day 1 and Day 2 is $71. The night before and the night after is $65 each. A meal card is provided for breakfast on Day 2, dinner is provided on the night of Day 1, and lunch is provided on both days at A&O. The attendee is responsible for all other meals and snacks.

Lost Key Charges
Any student who does not return their room key upon checking out will be charged $100, as per the cost of the room lock change. Keys returned late will still result in the $100 fee. 

Two-Week Cancellation Policy
The deadline for canceling any or all of your housing reservations is 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on the day two weeks prior to the start date of your A&O session. Any cancellations made after that will still be responsible for all charges associated with the overnight stay. Housing does accept walk-ins.
