Housing During A&O (Optional)

Housing is available during 2-day programs for additional fees. Bedding/linens provided. Bring your own toiletries. You will share a room with another A&O attendee. 

Check in for your housing reservation will be located in Lander Hall. For more information regarding housing view the housing information page. The Lander Hall front desk is open 24 hours.


The night between Day 1 and Day 2 is $82. The night before and the night after is $65 each. A meal card is provided for breakfast on Day 2, and dinner is provided on the night of Day 1, and lunch is provided on both days at A&O. The attendee is responsible for all other meals and snacks.

Arrival Day Before A&O Session - Early Arrival
If you plan on arriving on campus the day before your orientation, please check in at Lander Hall any time after 2:00 pm. 

Arrival Day of A&O Session
Check in at Lander Hall anytime between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. 

Departure on Day 2 of A&O Session
Check out is 6:00pm on Day 2 of your A&O unless you have late departure. 

Departure on Day After A&O Session - Late Departure
If you are staying an extra night, check out must be completed before 11:00 am the day after your A&O session ends. 

Lost Key Charges
Any student who does not return their room key upon checking out will be charged $100, as per the cost of the room lock change. Keys returned late will still result in the $100 fee. 

Two-Week Cancellation Policy
The deadline for canceling any or all of your housing reservations is 12pm Pacific Standard Time on the day two weeks prior to the start date of your A&O session. Any cancellations made after that will still be responsible for any charges associated. Housing does accept walk-ins.
