• Staff the front desk during business hours (8:30am-4:30pm)
  • Provide a friendly and professional experience to any customer as they interact with our office
  • Respond to inquiries about the UW from prospective and incoming students and their families by phone, email, and in-person
  • Establish an understanding of and is able to assist customers with issues relating to FYP programs, services, policies, and procedures
  • Become familiar with program registration processes and answer questions as needed
  • Ensure that front desk area is kept tidy by vacuuming, sanitizing, and organizing.
